“CESMAR- Center for Geopolitical and Strategic Maritime Studies”, is born on the initiative of a partnership of scholars, teachers, collectors and experts in the maritime sector who thus intend to create a highly specialized working group dedicated to deepening the history, strategy, technique and topics related to naval and maritime geopolitics.
